Do not
- Use the site to break the law, or to send spam.
- Probe, scan, or disrupt Desk, this site, or another company's Owl.
- Submit secrets you are not allowed to share in a conversation request.
- Ask Owl, once named, to send customer email, a quote, or a change without a person at the company approving it.
- Present Owl as a person, a lawyer, an accountant, or a licensed professional.
