Security

Owl is for one company. A person at the company still sends. We do not train public models on that company's files.

How we run it

One Owl per company. That company's files stay there.
Drafts wait for a person at the company. Owl does not send customer email on its own.
Existing apps stay until the company is ready to leave them. Owl can read those apps when the company connects them.
Model calls use a prepaid account for that Owl, with a spend cap. Inference may run in the United States even when the company's box is elsewhere.
Owl can run in the company's own cloud tenant when that is required.
The company can point Owl at its own approved model endpoint.
Answers can show which systems they came from.
Client Data is stored only in that company's environment for the term of the agreement. Exported or deleted on written request once it ends.
The public site is served over HTTPS.
