Who this is
WiseBird Systems builds Owl for one company at a time. The public site is wisebirdsystems.com.
What we collect
If you request a conversation we store the name, company, email, and notes you type. We use that only to reply about the work.
The site logs basic technical data (IP, user agent, pages) so the host can stay up. We do not run a Meta Pixel or other advertising tracker on this site.
Client Data
Client Data stays with that company's Owl. We do not sell it. One company per helper. That company's data is not mixed into another company's Owl.
Models
When a company uses Owl, prompts may go to the model that Owl is set up with. We do not use those to train a public model for someone else.
Your choices
Email hello@wisebirdsystems.com to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete a conversation request. We will need enough detail to find the right record.
